Option 1 – Pay now via Credit Card
1. Complete the online registration form.
2. You have the option to pay by MasterCard , Visa or InterSwitch Nigerian Debit Card. Please note that your credit card information is not retained by AIBS.
3. You will automatically receive an email acknowledging receipt of your payment, and advising you of your membership ID number and your annual renewal date.
4. If you need an invoice to submit to your company to expense your membership fee, please click on the print button for a printable version of the screen.
Currently, AIBS only accepts credit/debit card payments through this website.
Option 2 – Pay later via credit card OR via mail by bank draft or wire transfer
(a) Pay later by credit card:
1. Complete the online registration form.
2. If you require an invoice from AIBS for payment approval from your company, please click the print button for a printable version of this screen.
3. Once approved, please return to the AIBS website to complete the payment process:
(a) Login to the website using the username and password you created when you registered.
(b) Select the “Billing” option for a summary of your outstanding payment.
(c) Select “Add to Basket” and follow the instructions on screen to complete the payment process.
(b) Pay later via mail by bank draft or wire transfer:
1. Complete the online registration form.
2. Select the “pay later” by credit card or via bank draft or wire transfer option.
3. Please click the print button for a printable version of this screen. This can be used as an invoice to submit to your company for approval prior to sending in your payment. Include a copy of this page with your bank draft and mail to:

Please note: It can take up to 30 days to complete the registration process when mailing in a bank draft .
Once your payment is received, you will receive an email from AIBS advising you of your Membership ID number and annual renewal date.
4. If you choose the wire transfer option for payment, simply instruct your bank to wire the payment to The African Institute of Business Simulations; Account Number 1040567678 at any Bank PHB Branches, nationwide and also any UBA Branch Nationwide (Account number : 03420030009148); email the transfer reference number given to you by your bank to theaibs@theaibs.org
Please note: It can take up to 5 days to complete the registration process when you use the wire transfer option.
Once your payment is received, you will receive an email from AIBS advising you of your Membership ID number and annual renewal date.

Processing Your Application
Once your application is received, you will automatically receive an email indicating that your registration is being processed.
When your payment is received and the registration process is complete, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your payment, and advising you of your membership ID number and your annual membership renewal date.
Within six to eight weeks of your registration, you will also receive, via regular mail, your AIBS Member Kit.
Within 24 hours of your registration, you will receive your New Member Welcome Pack by email!
