Your annual renewal date will be the last day of the month closest to the date on which you enrolled.
For example, if you join on April 4, your renewal date will be on March 31 of the following year, and if you join on April 26 your renewal date will be on April 30 of the following year.
Renew Your AIBS Membership
If you fell behind and now want to renew your membership we are pleased to welcome you back. Simply complete the online membership renewal form and we send you a statement of your outstanding membership dues.
Upon payment your membership will be restored together with your benefits.
You will receive an email 30 days before your AIBS Membership renewal date, advising you that your renewal payment information is now accessible through your Member Profile on the AIBS website.
If you are affiliated with an AIBS Partner/Sponsor and your email notice does not reflect the 10% discount, you will have to update your member profile before submitting your payment.
Select "Edit" on your member profile and conduct a company search to select the sponsor you're affiliated with. You will need to have your sponsor code available when you check out to get the discount.
Please contact the person at your company responsible for managing your AIBS Sponsorship to get this code.

Option 1: Renew online
Payment options: Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa)
1. To renew your membership online, please login to the AIBS website. If you are already logged in, go to your member profile.
2. Select the “Billing” option. You will see a page that summarizes your outstanding renewal dues.
If you require an invoice for company approval or to expense your membership fees, you can print this page.
Please keep a copy for your records.
3. Select “Add to Basket” and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
4. You will be sent an email confirming that your payment has been received.
Option 2: Renew by mail
Payment options: Check or international money order
1. To renew your membership by mail, please login to the AIBS website. If you are already logged in, go to your member profile.
2. Select the “Billing” option. You will see a page that summarizes your outstanding renewal dues.
If you require an invoice for company approval, you can print this page. Please also keep a copy for your records.
3. Mail a copy of your payment summary page with your check or money order to:
