AIBS Certification Programs
At the African Institute of Business Simulations(AIBS), we are dedicated to the development and maintenance of standards for the provision of simulations enabled practice based business skills training, and for the certification and recognition of business professionals who have undergone this training.
We are the first Institute in Africa to offer formal certification for Business Professionals trained with simulations enabled practice based tools.
The AIBS has created the following simulations enabled practice based business skills proficiency certification levels:
- AIBS Certified Graduate Business Professional™ (ACGBP®), a designation awarded to candidates of tertiary schools who have successfully undergone the BizSmart Simulations Training and completed an online Computer Exam(COMP-XM) administered by AIBS’ Exam Administrators-Capsim Management Simulations,Inc.
- AIBS Certified Experienced Business Professional(ACEBP), a designation awarded to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of business work experience in at least one functional business area who have undergone the BizGrower Simulations Training and completed an online Computer Exam(COMP-XM) administered by AIBS’ Exam Administrators- Capsim Management Simulations, Inc.
- AIBS Certified Advanced Business Professional (ACABP), a designation awarded to candidates with a minimum of 5 years of business work experience in at least three functional business areas who have undergone the SmartPro Simulations and completed an online Computer Exam(COMP-XM) administered by AIBS’ Exam Aministrators- Capsim Management Simulations, Inc.
In addition candidates at this level are expected to demonstrate their understanding and expertise in the Business Professional Body of Knowledge® (BPBOK®).
